Pastoral care and support

With just two classes per year, each with a maximum of 18 children, our small class sizes ensure that every pupil receives individual attention from their dedicated form teacher and teaching assistant (TA).

The form teacher will be there to greet your child at the start of each day, and will teach all the core subjects, getting to know your child and how best to encourage and support them to achieve their best. When lessons are taken by one of our specialist teachers, your child's class TA will always accompany then, so that there is always someone your child knows, and who knows your child well, present in each of their lessons.

Our nurturing environment allows us to identify each child's strengths, and any challenges, early on, putting in place tailored strategies to encourage and support their individual growth – whether in learning, emotional development, or social skills.
